Hot water outages are a real pain, and the lack of an effective response makes it worse, especially for post-ride showers. WiFi issues persisted throughout the stay, and the spa's late opening limited access for non-skiers. The gym could use some fresh equipment, as most machines felt outdated and less than appealing for a solid workout.

we had a lovely stay at the macchi during a quiet weekend. the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic after a long day. the breakfast spread was delightful, ensuring we started our days right.

The privilege double room was gorgeous with a balcony and an amazing view. The spa facilities were fantastic with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. Parking and a bike shed were super convenient too.

the macchi is in a great location, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. the cozy double room was clean and comfortable. the outdoor spa facilities, especially the jacuzzi, were delightful after a long day on the slopes.

The ski room was well-organized, making it easy to access my gear. the mountain view from my balcony enhanced the experience, adding an enchanting touch to my mornings.

Any decisions had to go to the owner, who proved inflexible on most matters.

The 12-meter pool, illuminated by large glass walls, provided a perfect spot for relaxation after a day out.
